Some tips before you start…<\/h1>\n

ATTIRE, FOOTWEAR, AND PERSONAL HYGIENE<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the classes you do not need specific clothing, what is important is being able to move freely and comfortably.<\/p>\n

If you have Tango shoes or Latin or ballroom dance shoes, please bring them. If you don’t have them, don’t worry.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can use shoes with leather or suede soles, with a small heel recommended for women. Socks or another shoe that has a soft sole that allows you to make turns will also work just fine if you do not have the other shoes. Sneakers or shoes with rubber soles, as well as boots and booties, are not recommended as they do not allow for proper turning. However, if you do not have any of this footwear, or only have rubber sole shoes, it will be fine as you start of out.<\/strong> When you gain experience and shoes become more important I can proved recommendations for suitable shoes or secondhand places with affordable options.<\/p>\n

For the class please bring shoes that have not been used on the street, or shoes that you have cleaned. Otherwise, please change your shoes before entering the studio dance floor.<\/p>\n

Remember, Tango is a partner dance and you will be in close contact with your dance partner. Good personal hygiene is essential for all of us to enjoy the class. It’s also not a bad idea to bring deodorant, foot powder, and mouthwash or chewing gum with you. Your dance partner will appreciate it!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
