TANGO WORKSHOP FOR BEGGINNERS HELD IN ENGLISH

IF WANT TO FLY, LEARN HOW TO WALK
If you really want to learn Argentine Tango do not miss this essential workshop in English on June 5th for two total hours of newcomer Argentine Tango!

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:
– you have never danced Tango before and you want to start off right
– you’ve tried some Tango classes but it doesn’t feel right to you. This workshop will give you a professional dancers secrets starting from the ground up
– you want to dance again, but you want to do it right

WHAT WE WILL COVER IN THIS WORKSHOP

– Argentine Tango fundamentals: frame, change of weight, the basic movement, how to move with a partner and more–> discover the tricks used by professional dancers and make your movements graceful, fluid, and connected
– Partner connection games in pairs
– Some simple figures for the dancing floor
– The milonga (social dancing space) etiquette in order not to feel a fish out of water

It is not necessary to come with a partner, although it is required to save your spot. Class size is limited

SCHEDULE
June 5th 18:00-20:00

FEE:

General audience
30 euros, pairs are 50 euros

Students from El Puntazo regular classes or IES

25 euros for one person, and 40 euros for a pair

RESERVATIONS:

In order to secure your space you will have to fill out the form you will be given by contacting and pay 50% of the total amount by Bizum or Paypal. You can complete your payment the same day of the seminar.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
A comfortable outfit
Dancing shoes, if you do have a pair ( Tango, Salsa or Ballroom) or if you don’t then choose leather soled shoes (with some heel for ladies)
Try to avoid rubber soled / sport shoes
If you don’t have any of the above socks are an option, as are soft soled shoes that will let you turn, otherwise anything you have will do.

TALLER INTENSIVO DE INICIACIÓN AL TANGO ARGENTINO desde cero

Recuerdas, este clase es en ingles, si quieres participar de un intensivo en español, te recomendamos el taller del 1 y 2 de junio

Lunes 5th de Junio por dos horas de plena inmersión en el maravilloso mundo del Tango Argentino para todos aquellos que quieren descubrirlo por primera vez, que quieren retomarlo después de mucho tiempo, o por qué no, aquellos que ya bailan y quieren dar un verdadero salto perfeccionando las bases y descubriendo los trucos de los bailarines profesionales.

Qué veremos en el taller:

– El ABC del Tango Argentino: abrazo, cambio de peso, caminata –> con los trucos que nadie te había explicado antes, para que tu baile sea cómodo, placentero y bello
– Juegos de conexión en pareja
– Alguna figura simple pero efectiva para usar en la pista
– Códigos de la milonga

No es necesario asistir en pareja pero sí es obligatorio reservar tu plaza. Cupo limitado

RESERVAS

Para reservar tu plaza deberás abonar el 50% del importe y rellenar el formulario de inscripción que te será dado al contactar!

QUÉ TRAER:
Ropa cómoda que te permita moverte libremente
Si los tienes, zapatos de baile ( Tango, Salsa o bailes de salón), si no los tienes, elige cualquier zapato con suela de cuero (no de goma) y con un poco de tacón para las mujeres.
Si no tienes un calzado de este tipo, no te preocupes, ven con lo que tengas.
